The use of voice recording technology is likely to rise as mobile working policies become more common, an expert has suggested.
Graham Chick, chief executive officer of GemaTech, said remote working is set to make the use of voice recording on both landline and mobile communications more widely accepted.
He made the comment as his company launched a new cloud-based mobile voice recording solution, which will be ideal for firms looking to cut disputes arising from customers and suppliers quickly.
Mr Chick said the working patterns are currently evolving and business regulations are also likely to boost the use of such systems in the long run.
"By deploying a cloud-based, fully distributed service, organisations can build additional resilience into their mobile voice recording solution as well as taking away the cost of maintaining office-based voice recording equipment," he added.
Recent figures published by consultancy firm Ramsac revealed that a large number of firms allowed staff to work from during the recent weather conditions across the UK.
