Information assurance solutions provider Becrypt is collaborating with Ironkey to improve its mobile working technology.
Becrypt is set to integrate its Trust Client solution with its new partner's secure portable devices, meaning those working on the move will be able to enjoy secure access to corporate data and networks on both managed and unmanaged PCs.
Bernard Parsons, chief executive officer of Becrypt, said the partnership provides "an extra level of security and peace of mind" to companies that want to offer employees regular access to networks.
"Now remote workers can access networks easily and securely and they can safely store data, by simply carrying the IronKey with them," he explained.
Recent figures published by the Federation of Small Businesses highlighted that 42 per cent of growing firms feel that the recent severe weather seen in the UK has led them to launch remote working policies.
Three in ten have also started to offer flexible hours to employees.
